Frugal Friday

Since just taking a drive together is no longer a "cheap date", my hubby and I have to come up with other alternatives. I joined T.G.I. Friday's E-Club and received a coupon via email for a free appetizer. So we plan to head over there this month for a little "couple" time. We'll just have to pay for our beverages and a tip. At least we'll get out of the house alone for a short time. Get your free appetizer here. You can also sign up for their Give Me More Stripes program and receive a second coupon via email for either a free appetizer or dessert. Click here for details and to sign up.

We have a 13-year-old son which means he and his hungry pals are always in search of something to eat. A cheap snack/meal that I try to have on hand are frozen burritos (such as the Patio burritos). My grocery store had them 2/$.89 this week. They may not be the healthiest things, but they fill up growing boys for very little money!

Scroll on down to this week's Wednesday's Wealth for other coupons. Hurry...some of them expire by Saturday!

Frugal Friday is hosted by Crystal at Biblical Womanhood.

Great tip, we live less than two miles from a TGI Fridays.
Thanks for stopping by my site, now that my hosting issues have cleared up I hope to resume the preschoolers series.

Thanks so much for the Friday's link. That is a fantastic date night idea that my husband and I will be taking advantage of!

My family loves those Patio burritos too! They fill the kids up, are inexpensive and so quick to make!
